ZW7-40.5 outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is outdoor high voltage appliance equipment with three phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5 kV.
The spring operating mechanism or the electromagnetic operating mechanism is additionally installed, remote electrical opening and closing can be realized,
and manual opening and closing can be realized by storing energy manually on site. The design performances conform to the requirements of the national
standard of GB1984-89 AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker, and it also meets the requirements of the IEC standard of IEC62271-100 AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker.
The ZW7-40.5 outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is mainly applied to control and protection of the outdoor 40.5kV transmission and transformation system,
and it is also suitable for normal operation and short-circuit protection in urban and rural distribution networks as well as industrial and mining enterprises.
The overall structure of the product is of a porcelain bottle strut type; and the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber is arranged in the upper porcelain bottle,
and the lower porcelain bottle is a strut porcelain bottle. The product is applied to places with frequent operations, and it has the characteristics of excellent
sealing performance, aging resistance, high-voltage durability, no combustion, no explosion, long service life, convenience in installation and maintenance.
The three phase porcelain bottles are arranged on one structure case, and the arc-extinguishing dynamic end is connected with the output shaft of the spring
mechanism through a connecting lever and an insulation pull rod. The spring mechanism and the joining beam linked with the circuit breaker are arranged in
a waterproof mechanism case. The product mainly consists of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, the current transformer, the transmission mechanism and
the spring operation mechanism.
