Metal parts as CKD raw material production, 80% automatic by CNC equipments;

Testing room 50% automatic 50% manpower;

Finished Vacuum Circuit Breaker and GIS switchgear, service utility power with 100% automatic control.

Operation Mechanism from our SINOAMIGO VCB factory, we had 3 time inspection:

1. Raw material inspection, 100%;

2. Production inspection, 100%;

3. Finish products inspection for Power Frequency testing, drawing into Switchgear for testing.

What's more, we had testing equipments:

For Big Current testing;

Salty spray testing for corruption;

Temperature testing from -60 to +120 degree;

Special room sheetal prevent effection from envirement for testing pulse voltage;

Lightning Arrest with standing voltage testing can supply max. 300kV, compare IEC standard 35kv VCB required LA with standing voltage were only 185kV.

Our equipment in Our own lab were equil to STL standared lab.

So that's why a lot of big brand VCB factory choose core material from us.
