What’s Indoor 12kV VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) Fixed Type Finished Product Test Item?
1. Appearance (make-up painting)
2. Primary circuit (medium voltage 12kV) resistance
2.1. The normal value of the fixed VCB 630A primary circuit resistance is 30+—5μΩ
2.2. VCB draw-able type, 630A, the normal value of primary circuit resistance is 40+—5μΩ, because there are more contact arm and its plum contacts
Function: It can check whether the screws in the primary circuit are tightened, and whether the model of accessories is used correctly
3. Secondary circuit (low voltage 0.4kV 0.22kV) operating characteristics:
3.1 The operating mechanism (spring motor drive) normally open and close, check the secondary wiring, energy storage charging, opening and closing
3.2 When 85-100% of rated voltage, is required to be able to close
3.3 When 65-100% of rated voltage, is required to be able to open
3.4 When less 30% of rated voltage, requires that the switch cannot be opened and closed
4. Secondary circuit (low voltage 0.4kV 0.22kV) withstand voltage: Pass 2500V to the secondary circuit
Function: It can check whether the secondary circuit is broken and short-circuited with other components

5.2 VCB-17.5KV power frequency withstand voltage phase is 50KV relatively
5.3 VCB-24KV power frequency withstand voltage phase is 65KV relatively
