2. Big current testing operation sequence, we supply 400A to the ZX32-27kV VCB switch, operation sequence: O--0.3s--CO--2s--CO--3s--CO--5s--CO;
3. CT accuracy, compare the testing equipment supplied current 350A required less than 400A, and FTU-S-PM-BC561 were display also 350A, tolerance within 1%;
4. Resistance testing in each phase, for ZX32-27kV VCB switch, IEC standard less than 70μΩ, out testing result 36--38μΩ;
5. Voltage in six terminal output A,B,C three phase terminals, input R, S, T three phases, rated voltage testing supply for 24kV, each phase required 24kV/ 3= 13.8kV, we supplied 13.8kV for all the six terminals, for 1 minute;
6. Manual open and interlock, we test to open the ZX32-27kV VCB switch by manual from its bottom manual ring, the VCB switch in open position and were interlocked, whatever we operation in recloser FTU can not make VCB swtich closed again; After we push the manual ring back, then the recloser FTU can close again.
7. Power frequency in control circuit 2kV, testing the control circuit insulation;
